Doing sports is a popular pastime among children. We must be aware of the advantages which we can gain by doing sports. Doing sports helps us to be healthy. If we are not active, we will become overweight and it is not good for our health. Accepting both victory and defeat is another advantage which we can gain by doing sports. It is a good quality that children must have. Doing sports also promotes leadership qualities. It helps to plan and organize things in the school. It will be a development in our lives. Therefore, I think doing sports is very important for both the young and the old.

There are so many learning methods. But, I guess the most famous and fastest learning method is online learning mode and it has become one of the most popular means of education nowadays. It's an e-Learning mode and based on technology into learning and teaching. Online education provides flexible class schedules which meet the needs of students as well as teachers. In this economic crisis situation, it is an effective way to continue education..

Electric power is very important to modern life in the world. Without electricity, the entire world remains like dead and dormant. Our health, education, agriculture, engineering and other technical activities all now depend on electricity. Electricity has given a great service to modern civilized life. Generation of electricity costs a huge amount of money and it can be a heavy amount on the economy of the country. Therefore, it is essential that we must save electricity as much as possible.

Public properties such as schools, transport, libraries, playgrounds are very useful to people like us. These make our regular life easy, considering we save money and time as most of these are free. Most other countries charge for many of these services. The bus and train are the common public modes of transport. Every person must be taught the value of taking care of public property from home and school. We must protect these because, they are useful to us now and for the future generation. So, please protect public property...

Everyday many people are involved in road accidents in Sri Lanka. Some are killed. Many more are injured or mamed. As the roads are very busy nowadays, we should be very careful when crossing one. It is safer to use a pedestrian crossing or and overhead Bridge whenever one is available. Also it is important that we do not try to get on or off a bus while it is still moving. We must make sure our bicycles in good condition with working, breaks, lights etc. These are some things we can do to avoid accidents. Use them carefully and we may be able to use them for a long time. Use them carelessly and we may never be able to use them again..

  There are many important things in our life as money, education, time etc. But, I guess health is the most important thing in our life. In fact, health is the biggest wealth. It helps us to enjoy all the little things in life. If we are not healthy, we fail to feel happy. Being unhappy can impact the health of the people. We should take a well- balanced diet, sleep well and consider about our personal cleanliness to be healthy. Exercising daily, also helps to keep us healthy.

There are many natural resources in the world. But, I guess water is the most importent natural resource in the world. Water is very useful to us. Both man and animals use water to their day to day life. We need water to drink, to cook and wash our clothes. We need water to grow plants. We use a lot of water to cultivate paddy. We can produce electricity from waterfalls. We cannot live wothout water. So, it's our duty to protect water.

"A friend in need is a friend indeed" This is a popular saying. There are many friends in our lives. But, we must choose a best friend. We can share our problems with them. They help us, when we are in trouble. The friend in need is the real friend. Good friends should be loyal and trustworthy to each other. 

  Many people keep different animals as their pets. My pet is a cat, called kitty. It is black in colour. It is very playful. It likes to eat fish. Sometimes, it plays with its toy ball. All my family members love to it. Because, it is a cute animal. We love to it and I think that it loves us too..♥️😘

  There are many jobs inthe world. But, I want to be a Dancing teacher. Because l, ateacher can do a great service to the society. Teaching is a noble and responsible profession. I like to be with children and guode them to be good citizens. I want to be a lovable and respectable teacher on future.

Animals bring joy and friendship to our lives. Many animals, like dogs and cats, are loyal and loving animal friends. Animals also help usmanyways. Some animals, like horses and cattles, assist us with works. We should treat animals with kindness and respect.. We can protect them by providing food, shelter and care. By being gentle and caring, we can build strong bonds with animals. Let's appreciate and care for our animal friends, and work together to protect their welfare...

  Mother nature is the most important part in the world. Because, we cannot live without a good environment. So, how we can protect the mother nature? We can use the method of reduce, reuse and recycle. We can protect the environment from unnecessary waste. Planting trees help us to get fresh air. We can use public transport. So, we can reduce the air pollution. I think these small options are vwry important for saving the nature.

 The festival I like most... There are many festivals we celebrate in Sri Lanka. But, I most like to celebrate Vesak festival. We celebrate Vesak festival in month of May. It is one of the most important festivals in Sri Lanka. During Vesak, we make Vesak lanterns and decorate our homes with colourful papers and bulbs. We go to temples on Poya day. Some people observe sil and spend their time on meditation. I think, Vesak is a festival that fills our hearts with kindness and peace among humans and all living biengs.

  There are many beautiful places in Sri Lanka. But, my favourite place is Seethawaka Botanical Garden. It is in Awissawella. Its opening ceromany for the vositors was in 2014. It has a tropical climate. There are many rare plants and trees in it. There isa lake with clear water. I think it is one of the most beautiful places in Sri Lanka.

  I have a lot of friends. But my best friend is Anuththara. She is a fair girl with wavy hair. Kawindi has a pair of blue eyes. She is a kind and a helpful girl. But,sometimes she becomes an aggressive person. She is a funny girl. However,as a friend , I always enjoy her company.

  My favourite bird is the parrot.The parrot is a beautiful bird with green feathers, a red beak. It is curved. Parrot eats grains,fruits,leaves, seeds and nuts.We can see parrots all the worm countries. The parrot is a wonderful bird because it brings joy. Some people use parrots as their pets. But, I think we should let them fly freely...🦜❤️✨

I celebrated my birthday in last month. Actually,it's an unforgettable day. My parents have organized aparty to celebrate it. My friends came to that party. Also my relations and neighbours joined with us. We cut a beautiful cake. I have recieved many gifts. I hope to celebrate my next birthday better than this.
